Acknowledgment: Every order will be acknowledged by fax with current pricing and approximate shipping date. If you prefer an e-mail acknowledgment, please be sure to give us your e-mail address. Split Shipment: Please add $12z for each different address. Future Shipment: Please add $15z for shipment to be produced and stored by us (3 months maximum). Over-Runs/Under-Runs: Please allow +5% or -5%. For exact quantity, kindly add $19z (please advise). Cancellations: There is a $30z charge plus any additional cost incurred to the point of cancellation. All cancellations must be made by fax and confirmed by Groline. Non-Fulfillment: We are not responsible for order shipping delays due to shortage of materials, embargo, strike, fires, shipping delays or for any other condition. We ship all items to arrive on time, but we are not responsible for any freight delays or damages. Make your claim directly with the carrier as we are not liable. All disputes for any reason are subject to arbitration only in Georgetown, Texas (Williamson County) -- with both parties paying their share of the arbitration cost; no different wording or terms on any purchase order will be allowed. Our total liability will be the actual cost of the items charged to our customer. We are not responsible for the lost profits or any other damages. F.O.B.: Because of the nature of our horticultural products, we have nurseries in different parts of the country. All items are shipped F.O.B. our nursery. Co-op Programs: Please inquire as all co-op programs need to be prearranged. Fulfillment: We can handle complete fulfillment for you at very low prices - please call and inquire. Phone & Handwritten Orders: We cannot be responsible for phone or handwritten orders because of the possibility of errors. Sizes: Since many of our items are grown (by Mother Nature), sizes and weights shown in our catalog are only approximate as weather conditions, sunlight and other factors will vary. Copyrights: We assume that any order you send to us is in full compliance with copyright laws. All imprinted merchandise shown is for illustration only and is not available as a stock item. Address Information: Please carefully check all addresses & zip codes given to us. Most freight companies charge between $10 to $25 or more for incorrect information and these charges will be passed on to you if your shipping information is not correct. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between both parties and no amendments or changes of these terms and conditions shall be valid, even if they appear on your Purchase Order. Shipping Weight: Shipping weights will vary even for the same products because of growing conditions, sunlight, watering, etc. The exact weight is impossible to know in advance of actual shipping. Tracking Numbers: Give us your e-mail address, fax number and we will give you tracking information as we ship the items. It will save us both extra time and expense. Shelf Life: All live products must be distributed within 2 to 3 days of arrival because they need proper nourishment and watering. For seeded products, the shelf life can be 6-9 months, but it is always better to distribute the items as quickly as possible. Custom Packaging: We can custom package any item. Please inquire. Spec Samples: We can do a custom copy/spec sample for $69z which is subject to rebate if the order materializes (minimum quantity for rebate is 1,500 pieces). Your Custom Ideas: We offer over 2,500 different seed varieties to meet with your client's special theme, event, holiday or special program needs. Please inquire. Truck Shipments: A palletization charge of $29z per pallet applies.
